Welcome to "The Beach House" (Green Reef 18) - your beach home away from home! Experience a Destin beach vacation like no other!
Your own private backyard is your beach! Home built on the sand not across the street. Wake up and have coffee on your oversized beach deck in your jammies and have your late night snack under the stars on the beach deck or bring your chairs down to the water with friends and make memories to the moon glistening off of the water with your feet in the sand. Being your own private beach setting up ahead of time is easy a wedding. The only way to get closer to the water is to be on a boat!! Once you stay here you will be spoiled!

Only thing between your private over sized beach deck and the water is the sand (your private beach).

This is Beach front beach house nothing in between you and the water!! Destin directly on the beach/Gulf. Step off your private super large deck into the sand of your own private beach. Lean your beach chairs at the deck no dragging them back and forth across a street or down an elevator. WE supply 4 beach chairs. The beach is your backyard from corner to corner of the beach down to where the public walks along the water. Some private beaches share with a whole complex- not here each home owns their beach. 3 story Townhouse (wide not like many condos or townhomes that are narrow and feel cramped this home is wide and spacious with spectacular views. almost 3000 sq. ft. 4 parking spaces. 2 living areas. 2 Fully equipped kitchens main level and beach level. Large master open your eyes in bed and see the beach / gulf with out lifting your head off the pillow. Private Master beach balcony. 2 bedrooms have private full baths. Main level has gigantic living area with kitchen dining, sitting/sleeping nook and living room with amazing views and a deck over looking the beach with spectacular views of your private beach and emerald green gulf also there is a full bath. Watch the dolphins swim by. Beach level has 2 bedrooms a full hall bath, living room, a full kitchen walk out onto the oversized beach deck with, with a table that seats 16, a sitting area and loungers. etc. Cable TV/Free WiFi. Bed linens/bathroom towels are provided. Bath towels, beach towels, bed linens, 4 beach chairs, and1 beach umbrella, is provided.
Walk to Captain Dave's, Kenny D's and The Crab Trap. A 10 minute beach walk to Pampano Joe's. Many beach activities such as dolphin excursions, fishing, water parks, amusement parks, zoo, marine park, sea doo's, helicopter rides, beach dining to fine dining, many grocery stores and lots of shopping. House is 22 miles from Fort Walton Regional Airport (VPS).

We DO NOT rent Spring Break groups, or groups between the ages of 18-25. This is a family-oriented beachfront community.

** OTHER DETAILS / FAQS ** (please review all before booking)

AGE - All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.
CHECK IN/OUT - Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in nor late check-out.
GRILL - There is 1 propane gas grill. We supply a propane tank BUT they may not be completely full as we try to be conservative. Please check propane tanks upon your arrival as we do not replace them every time to note waste. You are responsible to replace. The closest place is the Shell Station East on our street approximately 1.5 miles away.
COFFEE MAKERS - We have dual coffeemakers in the house - Keurig and regular.
PARKING - There are two extra-long parking spaces that can fit 3-4 standard-sized cars specific to this property, directly in front of the front door and labeled with the unit number.
SECURITY CAMERA - There is a security camera outside the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection.
NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING beach house.
WEATHER / COVID - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/ or COVID/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
WHAT'S PROVIDED - We provide linens for all beds, all bath towels, a few beach towels, and a "starter pack" for you consisting of a dishwasher tablet, a paper towel roll per kitchen, a toilet paper roll per bathroom, a trash bag, and a kitchen sponge. Other toiletries, condiments, coffee, creamer, sugar, zip lock bags, and more are NOT provided.
